Steve Metz PIL is touring this spring. I guess I will have to go to DC and see them at the 9:30 club. They should have called me I would have played guitar with them.

Much ado about Jesus
All that is really safe to assume about Jesus is that he was a reformist Rabbi who was killed for his efforts. The rest of it was so obviously made up long after he was gone and has no logical continuity.....A Rabbi who felt like he was divine would stop being a servant to itself or some twisted crap that renders the whole thing nonsense from the beginning of the myth-making..

February 9 at 10:32pm ·
W. Stuart Rose Ew, don't smile - it ruins the rock 'n roll image. Smile on your off hours or something.
February 10 at 1:31pm ·
W. Stuart Rose Unless you hit that sweet spot while jamming on stage, then smiling just can't be helped. When it's going great, sound is perfect, lights are good, female asses up and dancing......ahhhhhhhh, only thing better than that is straight up sex.
February 10 at 1:33pm ·
Joanne Morlino Stop, rock and rollers can smile. Who asked you anyway?
February 10 at 2:45pm ·
W. Stuart Rose I don't wait for invitiations for anything. I go, say, think, dress, and do whatever the fuck I want. Whenver I want. ;-)
February 10 at 2:52pm ·
Joanne Morlino Anyone ever suggest anger management classes? Your point of view is not the only one mister
February 10 at 3:33pm ·
W. Stuart Rose Phhhhhhht! Says who? I tried to attend, but got angry when they told me I had anger management issues. You ever think I might just be funnin' around being a wiseass, Joanne? Outlook good. But smiling does make you look like a nerd if you're in a rock band. Most of the time, anyway. ;-)
February 10 at 4:07pm ·
Joanne Morlino Okay, you got me. I apologize for being a smartass too. Not one of my finer points. We'll tell Billy to go with the mean look onstage, smiling the rest of the time.
February 10 at 4:18pm ·
W. Stuart Rose Deal. Plus, look how dashing he looks when he's all serious looking like in his profile pic. I'm not an alternatve lifestyle practitioner, but if I was.....he's dreamy.
February 10 at 4:32pm ·
Joanne Morlino LOL yes, he does look rather dashing. Nothing wrong with you thinking so. Now we just have to deal with his big head when he reads this. Thanx for making me laugh
February 10 at 4:38pm ·
W. Stuart Rose To be a good rock 'n roll performer, you HAVE to have somewhat of a big head/ego. Otherwise you're just another schmoe standing up there in a flannel shirt looking at your shoes. WOrked for Nirvana, but I think that's over now. Thank God. I like a show, personally.
February 10 at 4:48pm ·
Joanne Morlino Thank God is right. I saw your post and am sorry to hear you're in the hospital. You have a beautiful family, I hope you see them again soon. Especially in time for V-Day
February 10 at 5:03pm ·
Billy Vector My face just looks meanish in it's resting state. I'm not actually trying to look like anything in particular. I did have to take most of the photos myself and concentrate on the timer and shit. People who know me bring too much of their own psychic baggage to take a good photo. A pro person can do it good, but I'm cheap that way.

Billy Vector Film was 3 years ago. I gave them your name and said you prob. were still around Irvington. I did an Intellius search myself and you seemed to be off the grid...no plastic, no magazine subscriptions, missed the census. They wanted photos of The Lubricunts live shows. It's called "Born In The Basement". You can get the DVD anywhere.

Billy Vector Hell. It did so well on Pay Per View, it might still be on there. There was an Hour long version on DTV 101, but I'm not in that version very much. It's a bio about Rat Scates...he's been making Rocumentarys.

Joanne Morlino I moved out of Irvington in 1987 after my mom died and my dad sold the house, then I got my own place and then made the stupid mistake of getting married. I would have loved to have seen that documentary, I'm sure it was awesome. I will have to look for it somewhere

Joanne Morlino There's a big difference, Union cops are hardasses and keep trouble from other towns away. And I wanted to stay near my friends and be close for my job. Then I got another job and now I am traveling further but not too much. They made me an offer I couldn't refuse.

I know you can smile, I've seen it myself many times

February 9 at 10:25pm ·
Joanne Morlino Thanx, very nice

Joanne Morlino I told you, I need to take my camera to work to get someone to snap it, I don't like the way they came out when I took them myself, looks too wierd. Billy Vector Film was 3 years ago. I gave them your name and said you prob. were still around Irvington.

W. Stuart Rose Don't feel bad, I've lost a few over the years myself. In fact, I may have contribued to the internal dialogue in the imaginary interactions which resulted in said loss of friends. Billy Vector Are you shure that wasn't Halford there in the Chaps? Drugs like Ambien can generate some rude awakenings. (You're in for surprise, your'e in for a shoooooaaaaack!)
W. Stuart Rose Man I just had a 3 hour nap, and fuck if I didn't have some weird, albiet GREAT, fukkin' dreams. Seriously, that was fun. Only part that wasn't was the fat Black Widow with a huge abdomen that was walking across a board about 3 feet from where I was sleeping in a tool shed (in my dreams.) And having the feeling that I had several "passes worth" of spider web over my body. I kid you not, this was just a technicolor dream I awoke from not half an hour ago. Just in time for dinner. And look, I'm no voice of sanity, I'm a fucking cracked egg.....just like you guys. Definitely not the one to nominate to serve in the position of "voice of sanity." Except perhaps if we were all in an insane asylum.

Actually, Taylor and I had him cremated. I think his aunt has the ashes. It's just a thought to have him causing trouble on into another century that is oddly amusing.
Billy Vector January 25 at 7:53pm
